hockey, the nba, world cup soccer are all hype... but there's nothing like college basketball. the two biggest college basketball schools in the world faced off earlier this week and was a great prelude to the upcoming month, as all the schools begin to claw their way into March Madness next month. the two aforementioned teams were Duke and North Carolina, tops of the ACC division. i've been a fan of Duke, but i got UNC's back this year... cause of this guy: tyler hansbrough aka the anomaly (my own aka).

i just dont get it. so much hype around this guy, and he has the stats to back it up, but he has the unsmoothest game... EVER. it's borderline ugly. it'd be straight up ugly but his attempts get him his points. but he has won me over. he plays hard, thats all u can ask for. i'm calling it now, UNC will take it this year.
came across this via kotaku. beyond movie posters and cd cover art, novel cover art were always particularly appealing to me for some reason, especially the minimal designs of the 80s and such. multiply this approach by video game titles and you have poppin eye candy. sweeeeet.
