today

i missed 3 buses this morning for school. so im here blogging. fugh...
missed my first bus cause my iTunes was fuckin up and so my ipod wasnt ready. second time cause i was tying my shoes. third time i was outside waiting for twenty minutes for a bus, then called it quits. once i got inside, i see the frign bus pass my house. so i took it as a sign to leave school alone...

pba basketball

had our first playoff game this past saturday against the chinese team we had beaten before. sorry, no pictures. but we won convincingly. this time around, the chinese team had their secret weapon, a black guy supposedly known for his range. so takin no chances, we used box and 1 on the guy. like come on, a basketball team of chinese guys and then one single black guy? he might as well had a sign on his back that said 'guard me'. anyhow, box and 1 did the job. both timmy and i were assigned as the 1, defending the black guy and were successful. he'd take his shots, but was under pressure each time. so... yea! this time around, the bench had fun. me, chiggs, and zo got time and were able to score atleast a deuce each. next game is two weeks from now.


happy birthday paul!

paul celebrated his birthday that night with a dinner. i was thankful to play some some fight night on xbox360. fought 4 fights online, won my first but the guy was a punk and logged off before he was counted out. i still get the w, but still. next three i lost. i didnt try cause my opponents were cheap dicks throwing low blows and headbutts. still had fun. watched the final four afterwards. memphis did their thing against UCLA. short guards cant do squat against memphis. northcarolina literally got jumped right from the very start. kansas came out running and northcarolina kept shooting deep and missing. game was close for a bit, but northcarolina dug themselves too big of a hole. and around this time, my body was hurting from all the eating. played another round of fight night and lucky enough to find chiggs online too. i'd like to say i took him to school, but chiggs was no joke. but still, it was all me. he had to bounce so i got the w anyhow. good times.


sunday

i got up to do some painting and was anticipating to hit the gym with leo. dying to run off some of that good eating the night before. but ended drinkin 40s at his house. i got real smashed, old school. and spent most of my time hanging out with his parents and his sister. im pretty sure i was slurring like a bum. i knew i had to leave once i accidentally dropped a beer in front of em. regrettably, i did some regurgitating on their front lawn. just a lil. it was in snow, so i dont know if that'll keep it fresh or decompose it easier. leo thankfully got me home and i spent the night gagging eggrolls. gotta love beer. beer hangovers trumps liqour hangovers. i was good by lunchtime the next day, ate more eggrolls and went to work. easy.

have u seen the new bud light lime commercial? looks delish-ish right? anyhow, the track is Creator by the one and only awesome santogold. i thought she'd be the last one to have one of her songs used in a commercial. or is her point that all artist must make sacrifices? i dont know, but her message is in this bonerific song...



and that new madonna song/video feat. justin timberlake? i wont post the video cause a) i think it sucks. b) the song sucks c) it looks like justin is dancing with his aunt that tries way to hard to be hip. madonna, retire. please. i love u, but please, step away.

in lieu of the upcoming comic book movies IronMan, Incredible Hulk, Hellboy, and Batman, i came across this and ache for some Thor movie treatment action... live action and live actors, but Thor should be all CGI. completely unnecessary CGI Thor, interacting with live actors and real sets. the more realistic they can make CGI Thor, the funnier it will be...





sports!

canadiens finished off the hockey season first and face the boston bruins in the first round of the playoffs. i am hella proud. i missed out on the ncaa college basketball championship between memphis (yea!) and kansas last night cause i had work. memphis lost in overtime. fugh boring ass kansas. anyhoot, oh yea the canadian curling team is undefeated somewhere around this time.
