i got lil over a month til summer is full on, and the past five days i've gone out running 3 times (includes today). i'll count em as warm ups. til i fly out for the summer, im gonna work my beer gut by running as much as 4 times a week, plus ball on fridays. i'm gunning for 145 lbs. that's right, 10 lbs. in 5 weeks time.
starting... now.
